Shipping
O - you kid.com ships orders via UPS and USPS Monday - Friday excluding holidays.
How to Receive your Order
All items require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable at the time of the first delivery attempt, a message will be left. You can then call the carrier to schedule a more convenient delivery time.
International Shipping
Once the item has shipped, the delivery time depends upon factors such as: Customs, the U.S. Post Office and the recipient’s Postal Service Guidelines. A tracking number will be provided whenever possible. If a tracking number is provided, the number may only indicate when the package was delivered.
Hawaii and Alaska
We are able to ship these orders via USPS Priority Mail. Obviously, we cannot offer FREE shipping, but the shipping charge for our customers in Hawaii and Alaska is discounted from the standard USPS shipping rates.
U.S. Territories
We are able to ship these orders via USPS Priority Mail. Please contact our friendly staff to receive an accurate shipping quote. Please note: Your shipping charge will be discounted from the standard USPS rates
APO/FPO - Military Orders
Orders for Army Post Office (APO) addresses will ship via the USPS Priority mail to the Army Post Office depot. The military handles the delivery once the packages arrive at the designated AA, AE, or AP address, and from that point, the delivery is subject to the military delivery schedules. Please contact our friendly customer service department to see if any additional shipping charges apply. You will receive a quote within 24 hours of your request. Please Note: If your item does not qualify for our FREE shipping promotion, your shipping charges will be a discounted fee based on the original shipping charges.
International Orders
We are able to ship these orders via USPS Priority Mail. Please contact our friendly staff to receive an accurate shipping quote. Please note: Your shipping charge will be discounted from the standard USPS shipping rates. All quotes will be given in U.S. dollars.
Order Turn-around Time
We want to ship your order as fast as possible. Because these items are handcrafted, some processing time is required. We typically ship your order within 5-7 days. Important Note: Add the processing time frame to the shipping time frame to get an accurate estimated time of delivery. If we run out of stock of a particular design, we will hold your order open for at least ten business days while we wait for new stock to arrive. If an order is still unable to ship after ten business days, our customer service will contact you with information regarding when you can expect to receive your order. Please contact us if you experience any shipping delays or you do not receive tracking information promptly.
Keeping Track of Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the package yourself at www.ups.com or www.usps.com. You can also contact customer service atO - you kid.com for an update on your order status.
Shipping Delays
We always try our best to make sure your order gets where it is going in a reasonable amount of time. Of course, there are some things that are beyond our control like weather, delivery error and international shipping schedules. Regardless of the reason for the delay, we will always do our best to help you. Please contact our friendly customer service staff with any questions or concerns.
Refusal of Delivery
If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for the actual shipping charges incurred by O - you kid.com. Once we receive the package back in our studio, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under the FREE shipping promotion. The purpose of this is to defray unnecessary shipping costs. This does not apply to packages that appear to be damaged in shipping.
Incorrect Shipping Address Provided
Packages that are returned with an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges. Orders that are later cancelled due to incorrect address provided by the customer are also subject to actual shipping charges. Once we receive the package back in our studio, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping charge. These charges will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under the FREE shipping promotion. Requests for packages to be shipped again will be subject to actual shipping charges. The purpose of this is to defray unnecessary shipping costs.

We love satisfied customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from O - you kid.com, please take advantage of our “Money Back Guarantee” Return Policy.
If you are not fully satisfied, contact our friendly customer service department within 3 days of the delivery date to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). This will allow us to track your return.
Our “Money Back Guarantee” is meant to make your shopping experience enjoyable and convenient. You may return the item for a full refund of the purchase price less a 10% restocking fee and shipping charges.
The returned product must be in new and unused or undamaged condition and in the original box with all the documentation, parts and accessories to ensure a full credit. “New and Unused” means sealable condition, not dirty or altered in any way. We cannot issue refunds for an item with any indications that it has been used.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective. (Please see our policy regarding damaged or defective items.)

Damaged Items
O - you kid.com strives to ship your package in good condition. Unfortunately, packages may be damaged during the shipping process. If your order was shipped with UPS or USPS Priority Mail and arrives at your door damaged, broken or defective, we will either replace the broken parts if possible or ship out a new one completely at our expense. Please be sure to inspect your items within 7 business days if you do not plan on using it immediately. We are unable to accept cancellations on merchandise after it arrives damaged, but we will make every effort to make the product right.
Contact our customer service department within 7 business days of the delivery date to report the damage. Please be sure to include your order number on all correspondence. We will not be able to replace damaged merchandise if we are not notified within 7 business days of the delivery date. This applies to canceling and returning a damaged item as well.
Requests for replacements will be processed as quickly as possible. Please note that we are not able to express ship replacement pieces.
Defective Items
Please contact our customer service department within 30 days of the delivery date to inform us of the defect. You may also contact the manufacturer directly for the information on the warranty.
Credit and Return Time
Please give us ample time to process your return/exchange. It takes up to 10 business days for us to receive the returned item back from you. All refunds granted are for the purchase price of the product only. Shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted unless the item arrives damaged due to shipping or is defective.
