We have 3 easy payment options to help make shopping with us a smooth and stress-free experience.
1. Secure online credit card ordering.
We know credit card transactions over the Internet are a bit intimidating, even frightening. Security and safety are very important. You can rest assured that your transaction is safe with us. At O - you kid.com, all credit card transactions are encrypted with the latest SSL technology (Secure Server Software). What this means is that all of your personal information including credit card information is encrypted so that no one can read it as it makes its way over the Internet and into our secure server. For your convenience we accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS and PAYPAL.
2. Postal mail.
There is nothing wrong with using the mail. It may take a little longer, but if it makes you feel better, then that is what we want.
While you’re on the site, simply fill out our easy online Fax/Mail In Order Form, print it out and mail it along with your payment. Important: Be sure to either include your credit card information at the bottom of the order form or attach a money order (NO personal checks) made payable to O - you kid with your order. 4. Fax orders. Our Customers are now able to fax orders to us. This is a quick and easy alternative to online processing. Simply print our Fax/Mail In Order Form, fill in the neccessary information and fax it to us at the number listed on the top of the order form. Important: Be sure to include your credit card information at the bottom of the order form along with your signature. We will process your order upon receipt of payment.
Sales Tax
Currently, sales tax will be added to your order only if your purchases are being delivered to an address located in Indiana. Any shipments to other states will not be charged sales tax.
A Few Quick Ordering Tips
1. Always print your order confirmation email and keep it on file for your records.
2. Be sure to check you email within 10 days (excluding weekends and holidays) of placing your order for your tracking number.
3. If you know when you need to have something delivered, try to order the item well in advance. A rush status can be placed on an order if necessary. Please notify our Customer Service staff with the date the item is needed prior to placing the order so that arrangements can be made to expedite your order and ensure that it will arrive in time. |
