But we didn’t stop there, we continue to update our designs regularly so that we can meet all of your wants and needs. The information below will give you a quick overview of O - you kid.com. Ordering
The reason we exist is to make decorating your child’s room an easier, much more rewarding and less costly experience. With that in mind, we have designed our family friendly site as simply as possible allowing you to easily browse around and find exactly what you are looking for.
Take a look at our numerous designs. When you see an item you are interested in, simply choose the Fan Design or Replacement Blades you wish to purchase using the convenient drop down menus. Then click on the “Add to Cart” button . Your item will be placed in your virtual shopping cart. You can view the contents of your cart at anytime by clicking on the “View Cart” icon. Once you have completed your shopping, click on the “Check Out” icon to proceed through the check out process. Remember, at O - you kid.com, there are never any handling charges and you will never be billed until you have completed the entire check out process successfully.
About Our Online Ordering Form
Simply fill in your billing and shipping information. Check to make sure all the items you selected appear in your shopping cart. Next, select your payment method.
If at any time you experience a problem filling out your order form, feel free to contact our customer service department . A copy of your order will be emailed to you when your order has been processed. You will also receive a second email containing a tracking number when your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your delivery. We want your shopping experience at O - you kid.com to be as easy as possible. Please let us know if we can be of assistance.
Returns and Exchanges
O - you kid’s “MONEY BACK GUARANTEE” Return Policy.
We love satisfied customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from O - you kid.com, please take advantage of our “Money Back Guarantee” Return Policy.
If you are not fully satisfied, contact our friendly customer service department within 3 days of the delivery date to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). This will allow us to track your return.
Our “Money Back Guarantee” is meant to make your shopping experience enjoyable and convenient. You may return the item for a full refund of the purchase price less a 10% restocking fee and shipping charges.
The returned product must be in new and unused or undamaged condition and in the original box with all the documentation, parts and accessories to ensure a full credit. “New and Unused” means sealable condition, not dirty or altered in any way. We cannot issue refunds for an item with any indications that it has been used.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective. (Please see our policy regarding damaged or defective items.)

Please allow us up to 10 days once we have received your return to process and issue your refund.
Damaged Items
O - you kid.com strives to ship your package in good condition. Unfortunately, packages may be damaged during the shipping process. If your order was shipped with UPS or USPS Priority Mail and arrives at your door damaged, broken or defective, we will either replace the broken parts if possible or ship out a new one completely at our expense. Please be sure to inspect your items within 7 business days if you do not plan on using it immediately. We are unable to accept cancellations on merchandise after it arrives damaged, but we will make every effort to make the product right.
Contact our customer service department within 7 business days of the delivery date to report the damage. Please be sure to include your order number on all correspondence. We will not be able to replace damaged merchandise if we are not notified within 7 business days of the delivery date. This applies to canceling and returning a damaged item as well.
Requests for replacements will be processed as quickly as possible. Please note that we are not able to express ship replacement pieces.
Defective Items
Please contact our customer service department within 30 days of the delivery date to inform us of the defect. You may also contact the manufacturer directly for the information on the warranty.
Credit and Return Time
Please give us ample time to process your return/exchange. It takes up to 10 business days for us to receive the returned item back from you. All refunds granted are for the purchase price of the product only. Shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted unless the item arrives damaged due to shipping or is defective.
